LUCIENE FRANZIM

Professor at the Family Business Platform at the Institute of Education and Research - INSPER, where she is a Lead Professor of the Executive Courses related to Family Businesses and Member of the Family Business Study Group at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo, when it comes to family businesses and the challenges of rationalizing the subjectivity of these companies and their shareholders, Luciene is simply passionate about it.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Luciene has worked as a senior lawyer at a renowned law firm (Tozzini, Freire Advogados), succeed as Legal Superintendent for large banks (such as Santander Banespa S/A and Unibanco S/A) and was Head of Wealth Planning at HSBC Private Banking.

Luciene, graduated from USP Law School, has a master’s in International Law from Cornell Law School, is a specialist in European Community Law from Uni. Paris I Pantheon, and is trained in Mediation from the Institute for Certification and Training of Lusophone Mediators .
